At MyHairThing.com your satisfaction is our priority.

However, please note hair accessories are considered a hygienic product and thus cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. This policy helps ensure the health and safety of our customers.

If you receive a product you believe is faulty or damaged, please contact us at sales@myhairthing.com as soon as possible and certainly within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. 

We will offer you a replacement or a full refund after consideration of your complaint. 

All our orders are sent with a Royal Mail tracking number. Please note once your order has been sent we are no longer responsible for the parcel. 

Please always obtain proof of postage and tracking information for any returns so we can ensure any returned goods reach us.
